About the Author:

Ixta Belfrage is a British-Brazilian food writer and chef known for her vibrant cooking style, heavily influenced by Brazil, Italy, and Mexico, and for co-authoring the bestselling cookbook Ottolenghi Flavour (2020) with Yotam Ottolenghi, before publishing her solo debut, Mezcla (2022).
